BEFORE CAMP

Every Participant Registration Form Complete and Verified by the Camp Registrar.
Camp Invoice emailed to Coach so payment check is prepared for day of arrival check in.
University Liability form signed by every parent and given to coach before arriving to camp.
Camp Packing lists given to all players and coaches to have the Packing list details easily accessible.

Registration Begins 10:00 am at the lobby of Austin Auditorium.
As you arrive unload the buses players and coaches where FCA Camp staff guides you to park.
All players, coaches, and bus drivers (who are staying at camp must line up to check in for the University housing registration process.
Head coaches will be directed to the FCA Wingate office to officially check in and verify all payments and registration forms are complete.
Once the team has completed check-in, there will be a time to eat a lunch provided by FCA Camp staff.
You will meet your Team Chaplain for the week, and after the team has finished eating your TC will guide the team into Austin Auditorium.

CAMP Swag Shop: All Players and Coaches are invited to bring some money to purchase FCA Gear, if interested. (We will take payments via cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.
CAMP Snack Shack: We understand there are times at camp there is a need for a snack. So we will be providing a place anyone can purchase a snack (chips, popcorn, protein snacks, some drinks, etc.)
CAMP PIZZA NIGHT: Papa Johns Pizza orders per team are given daily at lunch to your Team Chaplain, along with the cash $9 per pizza, to pay for the pizza order that will be delivered and handed out to the Team Chaplains to distribute to their team on Day 1 & 2 nights after the final meeting of the day.
